How it works for employers

Simple, and in writing from the start.

We sign a short agreement

One page: the fee, the guarantee, and 12 months of protection on anyone we present. Signed before a single name moves.

We screen, you interview

We ask the job questions first: experience, schedule, pay, start date. Then we send you the two or three who actually fit.

You hire directly

Your employee, your payroll. Our fee is due when they start, and it is never charged to the worker.

The 90-day guarantee

If the person we placed leaves or isn't working out within 90 days of their start date, we find you one replacement at no extra fee. One promise, in writing, in the agreement.
